Hello everyone!
I'm new here, but i'm familiar with Gilad and his routines. I've done Gilad's exercises since I was a teenager, now I'm in my early twenties and in a fairly good shape (weight 114, height 5"5). I like cardio exercises because they make me feel good and with lots of energy, but when I do it too often I lose too much weight. Okay, my question is, do you recomend this quick fit routine for someone like me? and it's good for toning instead of losing weight? or should I stick with the cardio exercises I already own (the best of body in motion, and getting fit in Jerusalem)? I would really appreaciate your opinion. Thanks! |

The QFS is excellent for some one who just needs toning. Just adjust the schedule so you only do 3 cardios a week. You need cardio to exercise the heart. _________________ “I am that which must always overcome itself.” ~Friedrich Nietzsche http://www.geocities.com/debyduz/diet.html |

| Okay! I've just ordered the QFS, I hope it will reach fast, but I'm in Puerto Rico so I guess it will take a few weeks. Anyway, I'm super excited about getting this collection!!! |

To be truly fit oou need to balance toning and Cardio. Toning provides stregnth and definition. It may even help you put ON some weight by adding muscle. Good for you for your decision. Stick around here and you'll get all kinds of encouragement. _________________ Stay Happy, Healthy and Fit - in Body, Mind and Soul and in good financial health! |

Oh, I'm so excited!! I just got my QFS!! I cannot wait to start working out, even my sister (who says is alergic to exercise ) is excited about these workout. The shipping was so fast, I thought I was going to wait for weeks but they arrived fast and without a scratch. I review all the exercises and Gilad looks amazing, his abs are just to die for!! My brother want abs like his, so he is also contemplating joining us what he doesn't realize is that it took him (Gilad) years of hard work to develop such physique. Happy exercises to all of you guys!! |

Have you tried any of the DVD's yet? If so, how do you like them? _________________ When life lets you down, music picks you up! |

Yep; I got them on Tuesday, I wanted to start on Monday, but the excitement was too much, so started on Wednesday following the program. The cardio strike was just amazing and even thought I was sweating a lot, at the end of it I was not about to die (like with other programs). I’m not saying it was easy, it was perfect enough to know you are doing something for your body and you are obviously burning calories. On Thursday I did the chest, back and abs and let me tell you I can still feel the burn . Today was the time for the cardio blast and we loved it too. I like Gilad and his exercises; he keeps you motivated all the time, he can be funny and the rapport he has with the other people doing the exercises is wonderful. I really, really recommend these exercises, I’ve never done this specific system, but, yes I’ve done other Gilad workouts and they really work; even without weights you can still see the different in your arms and legs. Let me share with you and all you guys my experience with aerobics: 1 year ago I weight 137lbs, okay, for some that might not look like much; nevertheless I started doing Gilad’s bodies in motion and lost lot of weight. It was a constant thing; I did the cardio exercises every single day and voila! After doing the exercises everyday for a while, my metabolism became very fast. Now, I don’t do the cardio that often, but continue with the other workouts (toning upper body and lower body). |
