Tip of the week.
Water is essential to keeping the body well hydrated and it helps maintain a high metabolic rate. Keeping the body well hydrated helps achieve successful weight loss.
This week's challenge.
Make water the first and last beverage of your day, every day this week.
Make sure that you are drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water per day.

I have been doing that in the last month, and WOW I feel better. It started with the water, that the Total Body Sculpt, and I feel fabulous. I lost two kg then gained them again even with a good diet, idk why. But I can certainly vouch for it! Not only does the water cut down how much you eat but how TIRED I was.
It's amazing. I never used to drink a lot of water. But I pushed myself to drink a lot for a few days, now I cant go without.
