Today I took the pups for a walk. Too hot to do anything else, lol.

Today I did Functional Fitness #1.
Thinking I might do some more after it cools down this evening, but we'll see how that goes lol

Today I did Cuts & Curves and took the pups for a walk....and then played some frisbee and badminton...busy day, lol.

Been away on a short vacation, but now back to workout.
Today was a 3 mile run.

| I've been BUSY, but I've been doing a 30 minute walk every few days. Also, swimming about 3 days a week. |

It's been awhile since I posted, so here's what I remember, lol:
Sunday: took the pups for a walk.
Monday: took the day off.
Tuesday: Functional Fitness #2 and took the pups for a walk.
Wednesday: Cutting Edge #2.
Today: I'm not sure what I'll do this evening, thinking Cuts & Curves, but we'll see.  |

Ok, so, yesterday I didn't do Cuts & Curves; instead I took the dogs for a really long walk.
I made up for it today by doing Cuts & Curves, lol.

kudos to shupe, cindyl and mzkitty for keeping at it!! I've missed out alot of workouts, summer always does that to me.
Yesterday was step aerobics with ankle weights and 3.3 pound hand weights. |
