|I made this in less then 35 minutes. This is one serving for dinner on quick fit. to use it for QFS lunch add 1 cup of precooked brown or wild rice.
3 cups of broth
1 serving of precooked chicken diced or you can use fresh if you want
2 cups of kale I found perwashed and cut in a bag near the bag salads(only 40 calories there)
1 large carrot
2 stalk of celery
2 green onions sliced
chopped fresh herbs I used cilantro and parsley
fresh cracked pepper
1/2 cap of apple cider vinegar or any other kind you like
Start heating broth, toss in kale and veggies as you chop them. Then add chicken and vinegar. Cook 20-25 minutes add fresh herbs and pepper towards the end.
