Hello,

I am from Germany and started with Bodies in Motion for over fifteen years and still I like it very much: Gilad is the best! The episodes in which he jokes with Lutrell Costa I like the most. So I was very happy, when I ordered the Quick-Fit-System and saw that she still was part of the training team. But what happened, when I watched Total Body Sculpt? The exercises are optimum, absolutely fabulous, no doubt about that – but where is Lutrell Costa? I wonder why she does not join the team?

It would be very nice if someone could tell me, why she is not a member of the team anymore. I have tried to find it out with Google, but with no result, so I ask here.

Trella had a baby girl, her 4th, and the baby was one year old last fall. Gilad said Trella was back to her prebaby shape in less then 4 months. I guess she is just very busy.

Trella is my favorite of the people who workout with Gilad. Her interactions with him are always funny and entertaining.

What is Trella doing now to occupy her time, is she married. I know she just had her 4th child. Is all of her time consumed with raising her family or is she doing other things. How old are her children and how old is she. Because on bim she always look young, even after ten + years.

Trella I believe in in her 40's and has four kids and that is all the information there is. they all like their privacy and they have the right to it.
