I just wanted to say how happily surprised I am that I love Gilad's Formula 4X! Normally I stay away from these things like the plague because I think most are just a colossal waste of money at best and a serious health risk at worst. But this time I thought I'd try it because Gilad always strikes me as having alot of integrity. Too much to sell his reputation to the highest bidder.

Anyway, I've been taking this for a week now. I have clinical recurrent major depression, and chronic (constant actually!) pain from fibromyalgia and arthritis from 14 surgeries- including spinal surgery to put in 2 stainless steel rods, 5 knee surgeries and 2 ankle surgeries. There is no question that pain rules my life.

Three weeks ago I started working out every day with BIM and another show on FitTV-Namaste yoga- and I totally revamped my eating at the same time. I've lost 7 lbs so far. Now that I'm getting more used to working out it is getting a little easier but not enough to surprise me. Only 2 days after I started taking the Formula 4X I noticed my pain dramatically decreased! I'm moving more easily and I've been able to cut my Vicodin use by about half. Before this stuff I would ache all over, but now I notice my back pain and knee pain more because all the rest has been lifted. It's kind of like before cable when you would have a TV station with static. The "static" is gone.

I haven't noticed any decrease in the depression but that's probably to be expected with what I have. I'm still working with my doctor to get that right. And of course, I haven't noticed any sun protection benefits that Gilad has written about because I'm in Chicago. Today was a heat wave at 35 degrees! I take the dog out for her constitutional and go from the car to wherever I have to go. That's about it.

So, in short, the money I spend for this stuff is well spent and I'm going to keep buying it! Not a full-blown miracle exactly but a minor one! Thanks Gilad and good luck to all of you who read this in your fitness journey. Thanks, Judi

I have a recurring problem with my one leg and I noticed a difference the first day of taking this supplement. No pain at all and the no leg cramps at night.

I have been taking this since Sept/Oct? I love it, does wonders for my skin and aches and pains, money very well spent AND I went off some prescription meds. Thanks Gilad.
