Does anyone have the Lord of the Abs series?

If so, can you tell us how you like the dvds...

Also, what other Gilad dvds are you using with them

for a rotation?

Thanks!

I just received this set for Christmas. I have done one of the workouts, and I love it! It really gives a good workout. Gilad also mentions during the workout how to do the beginner version and the more advanced high impact.

I noticed that on Gilad's website, they posted a workout rotation schedule for using these DVDs along with other DVDs, like the Ultimate Body Sculpt series and the Quick Fit System.

My plan for these DVDs is to go through all the workouts first, then combine them with the others like the schedule shows, since I have those DVDs as well.

Thanks for the reply Cindy!

I just ordered the Lords of the Abs set, and next month
I will get Ultimate Body Sculpt. I have the Express dvd,
Ada's Basic Training set and a few of Gilads first dvds.

I am going to start with the Lord of the Abs, transition to the
UBS and LOTA rotation, and then combine a few of the others
with LOTA.

Glad to know you are enjoying this new series.

Happy New Year!

Great idea! Idea

I'm going to create an expanded rotation which includes the Lord of the Abs set, the Ultimate Body Sculpt workouts (along with Elite Forces Fat Burning) as well as all 6 of the 45min Total Body Sculpt Plus workouts. Maybe throw in QuickFit and Express too. Ooh, and adding Ada and Gilad's oldies to the mix can't hurt either, right? Wink

This should be lots of fun... can't wait to see the results! Cool
