Dear Gilad, Thank you so much for all the years of enjoyment you have brought while exercising with you and the Bodies in Motion group. You have continued to inspire me for so many years exercising with you and at the same time bringing the beauty of the islands to my living room every day waking up to your program at 6AM. Even while living in Hawaii for 5 years, the love for your show continued. Once I had a glimpse of you near Kapiolani Park when you were taping near the beach. At present I am 60 years old and still in comparatively good shape, weigh 100 pounds and full of energy. We plan a visit to Oahu in April of this year and I will probably still exercise with you on TV. You are an inspiration to so many and in my opinion the best of all in instruction and motivation while allowing us to be a part of Hawaii every day. My Dear Gilad: I have done your workout for 20 years! I am happy to say I am a very fit and active 48 yr old. It helps me to stay trim and able to do my other many activities, including roller blading, skiing, dancing, etc. HOWEVER, I miss the wonderful workout I have done for so long! When I turn it on and see the kick boxing stuff, I return to my old tapes. If I wanted kick boxing I'd watch Billy, who really did not work for me! Please come back!!!!! Thank you for 20 great years! Hi, my name is Janet. I first started working out with Gilad in 1995 after having my first child. I was in the military and had to maintain a certain weight and athletic standard. I was told I was not going to be able to advance in paygrade or reenlist if I did not lose the weight I gain in my pregnancy. I saw your program and begain working out with you and jogging after the program went off. I lost the weight and was advanced to the next paygrade. Gilad you are great! You are such a motivator, it seems as if you can really see me when I am working out and I get tired because you say, "you got to really want these next ?". I now watch you on the Health Network and look forward to it each day. Thanks for improving my life.

After deciding to get back into shape I actually switched Satellite companies so that I could get the Health Network and start working out with Gilad again. I loved to work out with Gilad and the rest of the Bodies in Motion team when I was in college and have missed it so much! I've tried other programs, but nothing has given me the same results or was as fun so I eventually quit every regimen I started. Now, 10 years later I've found Gilad again and I'm ready to get back to business. Thank you Gilad and don't ever stop doing what you're doing. We love you and need you out here! Faith, MO

I started the Quick Fit System three weeks ago and I have alreay dropped inches and lost three pounds! The routines are fun and challenging and eating the way Gilad says is easy and satisfying. I will be on this for life! I truly cant wait to see the end results!!! Trish A.

I started doing Bodies in Motion as a teenager. I did one or two workouts a day and saw awesome results. My mother often did them with me. Working out was our bonding time! I am now 29 and have rediscovered the show. Gilad and his crew are like old friends to me. Mom and I can still name all of the regulars on the show! I have already lost 3 pounds, and I feel much happier and healthier since I have begun doing Gilad's workouts again! We have just started a 12-week "Diet Club" where I work. We will check our progress weekly. I am currently 129 pounds with a fat percentage of 27.7% and BMI of 24.4. I cannot wait to begin to see those numbers go down!! Thank you Gilad!

I started using Gilad's fitness program in 1985 and lost all my weight after I had my son. I went all the way down to a size 3. Well 18 years later and having been unable to locate the progam or the timing was too late in the morning has made it extremely impossible to use now. I used to do the workout at 6:00 a.m. (central time) now its on at 5:00 a.m., way to early for me. And the show is only on twice in the morning. I use to like better when he was literaly back to shows. Gilad's program is excellant. I especially like to the fact that it is now a little more low impact with kick boxing. It is great!!!!

What can I say other than THANK YOU Gilad. I have never been one to stick with anything, especially exercise. I lose, I gain. A couple of years ago I found Gilad while flipping through the TV. I decided to start exercise and diet again, especially after someone asked me when I was "DUE". At that time I was tipping the scale at nearly 190 lbs. Those big clothes I was wearing was started to become to tight. Over time I managed to drop down to 140 lbs., which I was proud of myself for. Gilad gave me the motivation to get up off the couch and MOVE! I had become a decoration on the couch with NO ENERGY! I look forward to working out every morning. This is something I can stick with. I have put on a few pounds since the Holidays but I have faith that Gilad will help me shed those few plus some. I am planning a trip to the Beach this summer and I KNOW that with Gilad I will reach my goal of 125 lbs. This really works! After 2 kids I will see a trimmer waist line with his program. I could work out all day with Gilad, it's great. Makes you feel so good about yourself. I work out to Gilad's tapes. I do not work out to lose weight. I like to "sculpt & tone" and I have definitely sculpted and toned! I'll be 55 and have a really great figure. Even if the exercise didn't do what it does for my body, it does a great job on my emotional health...strong body, strong mind. Also, a good body takes years off of one's appearance. Gilad is the best! Working out with his program on fit tv on the health network is great. Gilad and his crew really get you pumped up to exercise. How can you resist when he tells you to "get off of the couch" and work out. The beautiful beaches just add to the entire experience. Gilad is the best!It would be so nice to have him as my personal trainer I am the kind of person who needs the motivation to keep going.I enjoy his exercise tapes and am planning on getting the exercise program he has out now. What I like is his exercise gets to those troubled areas and gets you toned in no time!I see the results every time! I won't forget the time I met him at the Crystal Light Aerobic Championship at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg IL.so many years ago.A sight to see so nice and handsome. The Quick Fit system is great! I love the toning videos because they are QUICK, effective, and fun. When I get up in the mornings, and consider not doing the exercises, I wonder why I would want to skip exercise if it's only going to be 15 minutes, or 20 minutes. I make no excuses anymore, because it just makes sense to me. Even when I'm running late, 15 minutes don't hurt much either. Gilad wastes no time chatting and explaining during his transitions to the next exercises, which saves time. My arms look great, my triceps look great (my mom used to compare hers with mine - now, for the first time in my life, mine are tighter than hers!!!) My chest and back look good. I highly recommend this video set since Gilad knew what he was doing with this system, big time! CURVES, watch out! There's no recurring cost with this system! And no need to go out, move furniture in your living room, or make extra time in your day. Gilad is motivating, fun, and that body never quits! Just do it!

My name is cindy from south carolina. I worked out every day back in my 30's with Ada and Gilad. I moved out into the country at age 40 and did not have cable so i no longer had the shows. This year I now have direct tv and i found Gilad again. I am and always have been a thin woman, but of course thin people can be sloppy fat if they don't work out. I am now 47 and i have fibromyalgia and bursitis in my hip. I literally can not get going in the morning unless i exercise at the 6:00am time. Once i exercise, my day goes much better and the muscle pains that i have go away. Life is much better this way. Thanks to Gilad, i stay motivated and feel so much better. I try to share this with others that i know that are in constant pain, but i guess they just don't get it. I have to keep moving - that's the key. thanks Gilad, for helping me keep moving!

I am about 5'1" (120 lbs) and gained 40 lbs with my first child. I tried doing other workouts on tv, but they just didn't keep me interested. So I ordered the quick fit system. Gilad has what it takes to get you through the workout with out giving up. I lost all that weight and about another 15 lbs. I've enjoyed the programs for many reasons. All others have failed because they didn't keep your possitioning and breathing a reminder. The routines were fast paced and not considerate of beginers. Gilad keeps all that in mind and more. So energetic and encouraging. Everytime I get back into aerobics I search for his programs and feel I found an old friend.
