======================================= 1 Feb 2002 I think Gilad is a wonderful instructor. His routines are right to the point and very effective. His style is very good and he's pretty funny to watch ~ he seems to have a good rapport with his crew and a good sense of humor. I work out with his videos everyday ~ I hope to collect them all! :-) Laura B. ======================================= 1 Feb 2002 I don't want anyone to feel old, however, I have worked out with Gilad since I was a teenager. I am 32 now and have found that Gilad's fitness system is the only one that has consistently worked for me. ====================================== 1 Feb 2002 Here in China Tx. being able to watch and execise with Gilad and his wonderful team is the thing that keeps me going and ready to start my day. I have 3 children and I love it when friends or family comment that I look good, I always tell them Gilad motivates me to keep it up. One day I came across gilad's show body in motion as I was flipping thru the channels. since that time I now look forward to his workout show every morning. He is easy to follow and definately keeps you motivated. I'm hooked! J-J, Virginia ===================================== 4 Feb 2002 Hi, I am a young looking 52 year old Afro-American Woman. Since going through the "Change" I have gained very stubborn weight. I have exercised by several other fitness tapes and find that most exercises are to fast for me to keep up. I was desperately seeking new avenues and just happened to see you on the "Health" station channel 368 (sattelite). I knew right away I could exercise with you, and have been for Two weeks now. I even taped a few shows so I can take them with me to our office and I do find time to exercise at least 30 mins. every other day. I wish I could afford to get all tapes at once, but in time. I am very tall 5ft 11 in and am looking forward to looking like the girls on your team. They have absolutely beautiful figures. (curves). You don't see their kind of shapes much anymore on exercise tapes, their usually flat in places I will never be. I plan to keep watching and working. Thank you for being their. Evelyn P., Az. ====================================== 5 Feb 2002 I'm 45 and since a few months I've been exercising with Gilad. I try to do it every day and each time I can't, I feel as if I betrayed him! I love these exercises and his optimistic, positive attitude. Nobody is too old, nobody is "worse". Everybody can be fit and feel young. I even managed to involve my 52 year old husband, but he's not as optimistic as I am, because he needs more time to become "flexible". The only disadvantage of the "Bodies in Motion " is their short time. 20 or 25 minutes is too little. After exercises I have still energy for more! Anyway, Gilad and his exercises are great! Kasia W. I can't understand what happened to my body in the meantime. I have just ordered some videos to get my shape back... This site is great. A few years ago I was a faithful viewer and would workout with you every day. Then the show was gone. Now 2 children later and a few years older I found you again. I am doing your workouts (2shows) three times a week, knowing it is only a matter of time before I have my cute little body back. I love the buttock workouts, that is my problem area, I am going to purchase your quick fit system. I love you and your motivation, you are so much fun!!! The scenery and sounds of waves add to the pleasure of the program. ====================================== 7 Feb 2002 Gilad's programs put me back into shape after I had my son 11 years ago. But, things changed over the years, moved, started working full time, leaving no time for exercise. Now, years later, I have decided to give Gilad the chance again, because I know his work-outs really work. I have just purchased the video tape in Jerus., so that way I can work out on my own time and hopefully get my figure back again. Thanks Gilad and company! I love that every workout contains intense abdominal exercises. ===================================== 7 Feb 2002 My New Year's resolution for 2002 was to get into shape. I stumbled across Bodies in Motion on the Health Network and tried it for the first time. I couldn't believe how Gilad got me energized and was so easy to follow. Hi Gilad, I feel relieved to have found your web site. I read some of your other fans' mail. I have much the same feelings as they do. I exercised with your show a few years ago and felt great. then I stopped. I tried to find my tapes, but they were lost. Missing your show, I realized that you were not on any local cable channel here in Ct. But now I can get your videos here. AND I PLAN TO WRITE TO LET MY CABLE CO. I changed cable companies because the cable company I was with, no longer was going to carry the Health Network. (WOW) I let them know the reason I was switching. When I switched to the new company, I also let them know the reason was because they carried the Health Network so I could work out with Gilad. I've been working out with Gilad since 1993. It was devastating when ESPN took Gilad off the air. I was so happy to find Bodies in Motion back on the Health Network. With all the different time slots, I never have to miss a single day. I did get out of my exercise routine for a few years and now I'm paying for it. I got some of Gilad's older videos, Fat Burning Workout and Hips,Arms, Abs & Thighs Toning. They do work wonders. I'm considering the Quick Fit System. Keep up the great work. You have a lot of people counting on you. Kathy Cleveland, Ohio ======================================= 21 Feb 2002 I have been exercising with Gilad for a very long time Although I have been an active member of a fitness spa for thirty years, Gilad's workout actually motivates me to start each day on a positive note, in addition to loosening and stretiching the entire body. I spen hours on end in a sitting position, while working on a doctoral dissertation, and Gilad's daily workout programs truly help me physically and mentally. This reminds me of a time about 32 years ago when I exercised with Jack La Lanne daily, while my infant son was in the playpen right next to me. I work out every single morning with Bodies in Motion! Gilad is a great instructor. He makes working-out fun, plus he has a terrific sense of humor. Working on my abdominal was never this much fun and I am finally seeing some progress. I work out at the gym and with other TV programs, but I don't enjoy them nearly as much as Bodies in Motion! I have lost 45lbs. since we started exercisingand never thought i'd say I like to work out but now when we miss a day I feel cheated. These tapes are very inspiring. Darlene-Michig ======================================== 22 Feb 2002 Dear Gilad, I did your routines every day back in the eighties when I had cable tv. When Ada followed you (or was it vice versa)I did both shows. Unfortunately, my catering business got too busy and I couldn't free myself at lunch time anymore. One time I did free myself after a delivery and went to meet you at the Belk's store in Charlotte, NC. I still have a picture of us! Got a little flabby over the next 14 years and tried to follow the tapes I had(New Best of Bodies in Motion 1991 and ones I taped from tv...complete with wretched commercials, so I would have time to continue the reps!)At 52 years old...with menopause in full swing...I joined a gym... and have been religiously going 4 to 5 times a week(50 min cardiovascular and 1/2 hr to 45 min weight training every other time). But today, I didn't feel like driving the 1/2 hour to the gym and found the 1991 tape, dusted it off and did the whole thing(60 or 70 min) WOW I had almost forgotten how great you are. Glad I have now found your web site. Maybe I should save the gym money and get back to you! As someone wrote earlier,it is just like having one's own personal trainer! We are considering getting hooked up to a satellite(which happens to be right on our roof for our neighbors!)so I am glad to hear that you are on tv. Can't believe you would have ever been cancelled! Massachusetts ======================================== 24 Feb 2002 As I approach my 50th birthday, this mother of twins, grandmother of one would like to congratulate you on making superior workouts that are effective, easy to understand and not necessarily geared to the 20-something health club crowd or lead by a former gymnast. I worked for a major national health club as a floor trainer and dropped my 10+ membership because your programs are more effective, not intimidating, give results and educate us to use proper form, which is how I introduced members to working out and the best way not to hurt yourself, which is why most people quit their fitness routines. The endorsement on the video sleeve from Arnold Schwarzenegger says it all-the way you teach is the best!. Thank you for making exercise fun & effective. I am back after about a 10 year break and boy did I need you and the Motion Gang! I have recorded some of the sessions for my sister-in-law and she loves them too. My husband is always asking me what was so funny while I worked out, it was that sometimes I am uncoordinated and get tickeled trying to do the simplest moves.
