I absolutely love Gilad's exercise shows and tapes. I've been using them and watching them for years
now. I'm glad they're on fox SP 2 and health ch.I record each episode, old and new ones.

I've been tuning in for many years. This is the only show that keeps my interest and gets results. The other (few) shows that I have tried look phony, are boring, or are just wrong for me. Gilad has personality and I feel like I have a personal trainer -- he's a very friendly and encouraging soul with a good touch of humor. I like the exercises and I lose myself in the scenery. Great job! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Gilad! I'm sorry to have missed your visit in Bloomfield, NJ a couple of years ago. I found out after the fact. Hope you come back someday! The show went off the air sometime during summer 2001. It was not going to be continued in the NY area in the fall of 2001, but so many people called the station, including me, that the Director said she would resolve the business issues and get it on the fall schedule. Whew! For those of you who say it is no longer on TV, call your stations and complain. It might work!

I gained 70lbs with my baby & before had an excellent physique. Now I have lost almost 60lbs in 4mos with Gilad on TV!! Thanks for all of the motivation!!! I have never done aerobics until motivated by these workouts!

I love you Gillad! I used to watch (and do)your show years ago, since then I've had a baby and become so busy, tired and generally unaware of my fitness that I've gained 27 pounds and I HATE IT! I didn't know your show was still on and I recently found it and now I can order tapes so I can do it anytime! I am so happy to be getting back into my workout with you. You are a great inspiration, thank you.

In the 80's I started watching Gilad and exercising thru his programs. I was in my 20's and I lost weight and was fit. Somewhere along the line, I quit. School, kids and work got in the way I guess. I never got on another exercise program and gained alot of weight. I always thought I've got to get back to exercising with Gilad. One day several months ago I started back up, I'm losing weight and getting fit again. Only thing is I had a problem sticking to a schedule of exercising every morning at the same time. Gilad comes on at 9:30 on the health network and sometimes it is not possible. When I saw the ads on the videos I ordered them. I got them during the holidays but never got a chance to work out. So today Jan. 3 I began the program again, and now I can do it at my convenience. I've always loved working out with Gilad and the videos make it so much easier!!! Thanks Gilad, for keeping your program going after all this years!!! My new year's resolution is to get fit with Gilad!!! Maybe someday I can look like his girls on the show!!!

I love Gilad's Bodies in Motion program! It is short,yet, challenging. Gilad's cheerfulness is infectious and makes the work-out fun. He is very clear in his direction and very detailed when describing positioning while doing the toning segments and weights. I feel like I'm taking a great class every day in the privacy of my own home! I am very thankful for Gilad,his style and expertise!

I was first introduced to Gilad's shows, Bodies in Motion and Basic Training Workout in 1990. I used to travel a lot on business and was able to do his exercise show in my hotel room early in the morning before starting my day. I love to exercise and his shows helped me to keep working out while away from home. When I returned home I would continue to do the shows or tape them for future use. Then I discovered the videos and have Gilad's entire collection and also Ada's. I have introduced co-workers and friends to them and have even given them as presents. I have even ordered the TShirts and its amazing how many fans are out there when I wear them. I find all the workouts to be well rounded, fun and motivational. They helped me loose 30 pounds and return to my original weight of over 20 years ago. I am an avid cruiser (24 and counting) and would like to know if you are ever a guest on any cruises like the shows you taped on American Hawaii Cruises. I am also planning a vacation to Hawaii in September of 2002. Any chance there's a location I can either enjoy one of your workouts live or visit. The last workout video I purchased was the one filmed in Jerusalem. It is special to me since I was last there in November of 1999 and have very fond memories of our trip which come back everytime I do the workout. Found your great website after my husband alerted me to a commercial featuring a new video. That started me searching the web today to see if I could locate it. I did find your Legs of Steel and Arms of Steel video you did for Men of Steel in 1994-1995. I bought them, even though they state they are for men, but I also like your interval training for men. The reviews on the Amazon website had a lot of compliments from both men and women.

I have been looking for the "Bodies in Motion" tapes or even on tv. I few years ago I worked out twice a day with Gilad and I loved it. I went from a size 18 to a size 7. It did not take long but it did work. I have gain weight again and I have tried other workouts with no results. I am going to get your tapes and work out. I know that it works!! Thanks Gilad.

I never thought I would feel insecure. After having children I realized I had to do something. My sister told me about Gilad on TV in 2000. In 2001 after seeing the results, I tried it and that's the best decision I have ever made. I shed 25 pounds with Gilad. I have toned up my entire body with just 30 minutes a day 365 days a week and no junk food. Gilad is the answer to those who seek confidence.

I just want to say I love Gilad's exercise programs. They really motivated me. A couple of years ago I was about 15-20 pounds overweight(and in all the wrong places) and within weeks the weight started flying off and I felt so much better about myself. I have watched Gilad since mid 80's. Any other exercise program I get bored- Gilad is a well rounded exercise program. I now have oesteoarthritis, but with Gilad I am able to effectively continue to keep "my body in motion!". I also have a special soft spot with Hawaii - so not only do I get my body in motion... I can "dream" about the beautiful state of Hawaii! I had trouble finding Gilad for a few years- changing from a satelite to Direct TV and Cable. I now am happy to see him on the Health Channel. I am also ordering his new fitness program. I do have his old tapes--- they are beginning to wear out. I am anxious to receive the tapes so that when I am unable to view the live shows, I will never have an excuse. Thank you Gilad - sure wish some day I could see you in person!

I turned 40 in November and found that my "mid-life crisis" was about how un-fit I had let myself become. I used to be fit and athletic, but I have been slacking for about 15 years due to being "busy" (aren't we all?) and not giving fitness its proper priority. I did "discover" Gilad earlier, in 1991, while I was on maternity leave and needing to get rid of baby fat, but didn't maintin the regimen after I went back to work. Now my kids are old enough that I can slap in the videos and exercise without having to attend to their every whim. I purchased the Quick Fit System (because I think Gilad is great!) and I feel so much better, stronger, and more energetic. I even have less appetite! And of course it's a boost to my self-image and confidence. At first I had a little problem following the boxing/Tae Bo-esque routines, but I am getting better, and this is helping my coordination as well. Gilad, you are so great because you seem to conve that you care, and you are funny and warm, but you also have the ability to motivate with a little firm berating as well. Dear Gilad, I have been working out with you on the health chan- nel, DirecTV channel 268 for nearly two years now. I am a 46 year old woman but feel much younger thanks to your workouts. Although I have not lost much weight I am truly stronger and have visible muscle definition something I have never had before. I also have much more energy and that comes in handy. My youngest son is 6 years old and keeps me hopping. I saw you presenting your tapes on home shopping with Brenda Dygraf a few days ago. I hope you will be on again soon and maybe you would be available for people to call in and speak to you in person. You have motivated me to get "up off the couch" for almost two years and I think that says a lot for your programs. I especially enjoy the weight sections as well as the martial arts and abdominals. I LOVE GIL!!!!!!! I have been watching him and doing his exercises for years!!!!!! He is the ONLY person who has helped me to lose weight in a safe and natural way and I have tried MANY others. None of them have helped me achieve my goal like Gil!! Exercising with Gil five days a week and of course a low fat diet, has allowed me to lose 51 pounds since May 2001!! Gil, keep it up!! I just wish that I could one day travel to Hawai so I could meet you in person and exericise with you!!! You have been a great motivator and inspiration to me. I love your Mom and Dad too!! Hi! My name is Roxanne and I have been working out with Gilad for yrs. I first found him when his shows were on ESPN. I have tried other workouts, but always come back to Gil. I have always joked that I have a date with Gil when I am about to workout. I had gotten away from exercising in the past yr. and we all know how that turns out. I am happy to say that thanks to The Health Network I started my "date" sessions with Gil the past Monday and hope to keep the date every weekday. I have been doing gilad for a long time know, it's so fun to do. I get up every morning at 5:20am and do gilad and I can tell in my arms and my stomach is so muscular, I would never change to something else I will always exercise with gilad. While surfing the Health channel this morning I discovered the excellent workout show I used to tape from ESPN! Now I can tape it again! Gilad is the only exercise leader I like - he's amazing! His exercises create a genuine complete workout, are fun, interesting, exciting, good pace and variety, all around great workout, beautiful scenery, he's beautiful as well, pleasant voice, good sense of humor, and the results show in how I feel and look. My husband has been working out to Gil since 1987. We married in 1990 and started to workout together. We were able to workout from the television for many years. We live in an area that does not have the Health Network at this time. We purchased the 6 tape series two years ago and we love the 30 minute format. I couldn't believe that I turned on the TV a year ago and found Gilad's Bodies in Motion still on TV. I am 27 now and used to do his workout show when I was 13. Gilad's show has helped me become a better mother and wife, I have more energy and a cleaner house because of it. No more sitting on the couch watching tv all day and night, now I have so much energy that the only time I sit to watch tv is to unwind at night and for only about an hour. Gilad helped my mom stay in shape and now I am keeping the family tradtion. I am 5'4" and 170 lbs, but if I keep this up (and I will!) I will be back to my teenage weight of 130 which is just where I need to be. Even if I don't make it, I will feel better about myself thanks to Gilad!

He is very knowlegeable and really stresses proper form which in my opinion is so important. I believe he truly cares about helping people. Hello Gilad, I had to write and tell you how much I appreciate your "Bodies in Motion" program. I am a 54 year old RN who has been into personal fitness since about age 13 when I used to do my daily exercises in front of Jack Lalanne on TV, then with his Glamour Stretcher (see, that really does date me!) I was thrilled to see him and his wife on your show several years ago. I discovered your TV program "Bodies in Motion" from Hawaii on ESPN back in the early 1990's. I have turned to it several times when I need to lose unwanted, extra pounds and inches. Your wonderful program of stretches, aerobics, area workouts and cool down has never failed me. Usually I do daily yoga practice for maintenance. But whenever I find that inches have crept onto the tummy, thighs and buttox, I know it is time for Gilad! I have sometimes lost 10 to 15# and several inches off waist, hips and thighs in a matter of a few weeks. That is what I plan to do this time to get ready for my son's wedding this May. I also find that it helps get rid of pain in my knees, feet, ankles, shoulders, caused by rheumatoid arthritis. Perhaps I will get smart and keep your program as a part of my day forever. You should be very proud of what you offer to people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. Anyone who watches your show and actually gets off the couch and attempts your exercises will certainly be assured of losing unwanted pounds and inches and feeling better. Living in Ecuador, South America, I have enjoyed doing aerobics with Gilad's video tapes for almost ten years now. I particularily enjoy the well-rounded workout and the option of doing the exercises low-impact or high-impact if I have more energy - the exercises are easy to adapt. I have been exercising with Gilad for around 15 years. When I want to get back in shape, I always start with Gilad's video that I taped when he was on ESPN in Idaho. I have been unable to find any of the cable channels that still carry your show as of recent. I have since picked up two more video's that I use on a regular bases. I love you Gilad and thanks for your inspiration.

Good morning, a friend and I have been working out with you on the health network and really enjoy it. I was way overweight and have so far lost 45 lbs but still have a long way to go. We were hoping to get a t shirt but see they only come in med & lg. Is there any way to get one in a larger size until I can fit in a smaller one? I never thought I would say I enjoy exercise but now if I miss a day I feel cheated. Hopefully some day you will have shirts for those of us that aren't model types. Thank you.

Gilad is great! I'm a 32 year old woman and I stand a full 4'9" in height. When I started working out a year ago I weighed a very sloppy 200 pounds. In other words, I was almost as big around as I was tall. I remember working out with Gilad when I was just a teenager so when I decided to make a change in my physical self, I started watching his show again. I have some of his tapes and they are my favorite to work-out to. I intend to get more for sure. Well, it's about a year later and I weigh about 140, but I'm working on it and I'll be 110 pounds in the next year. I feel better, I look better, and I am better. I am stronger and I can still breathe after a work-out. It was very hard at first but everytime I worked out I could feel myself getting stronger, more flexible and the work-outs became easier. I have lots of work-out tapes but Gilad is the best! I look forward to my Gilad work-out days and as soon as I can afford to, I will have all his tapes so that I can still vary my routine but with Gilad as my trainer. Gilad is encouraging without being sappy. Gilad is demanding without being overbearing. Gilad knows how to teach me to do the exercises with proper form and reep the benefits. THANKS GILAD

I love Gilad!! Like many others, I too was extremely disappointed when I could no longer watch Gilad on ESPN. Since then I have purchased just about every Gilad video I could find. My husband (once a skeptic) is doing the sculping and toning videos and I like the aerobics. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE GILAD ON A STATION IN MY AREA!!! I have watched my videos so many times that I know what he's gonna say before he says it, I've pretty much memorized all the workouts.

I live in Northwesr Florida. I,ve been working out with Gilad for a year now. He helped me get back into shape after having my two children. He's the only exercise program I have ever
truly enjoyed. Just the other day I went to turn on The Health Network to do my daily ritual with Gilad and discovered that my cable company dropped The Health Network. I've been
devastated. I never got around to videoing any of the shows and I want him back!! I will be purchasing the videos, however, I like to have those for when I'm going out of town. I like having the program on a regular basis, because I don't like doing the same routine over and over every day. Please try to come back!!

I have been using Gilad's Quick Fit videos for 4 weeks. I love that they start immediately, they are clear and easy to understand, and they take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. I just ordered the Get Fit Quickly tapes that includes the ones I have but they add the arobic tapes. I am planning on giving the extra hips, thighs, and buns, abs, chest and back, and shoulders and arms as a gift to someone I know who needs and wants to get started on the path to better help. I love these tapes.
