After dinner on Easter Sunday I stepped on the scale at a friends house. I knew my clothes, already a bigger size than I was happy about, were getting tight, but wow was I shocked to see that I was 40 lbs. over my "comfortable" weight. The next day I started joining Gilad and the other every morning. After one month I am so happy to report that I have already dropped 2 sizes, lost 10 pounds and feel so much better! I have farther to go, but it is so much fun to work out in Hawaii and I feel like I have a personal trainer right in my own living room. I will not get out of the routine again. "Bodies in Motion" really works!

Bodies in Motion and the "Quick Fit" system has been the boost I needed. In six weeks I have dropped 10 lbs and I'm able to run 10 minute miles again. At 37 I'm able to keep up with the 20 somethings on the soccer field. Thanks for the motivation. Sally Tomlinson Memphis, TN

Howdy Gilad from Texas!!! Dear Gilad, It is such a pleasure to have the opportunity to work-out with your motivating and inspiring videos!! I have been a competitive gymnist, a professional dancer and worked out to numerous videos and in the gym for many years. I believe that what sets you apart is your "no nonsense approach and positive attitude" that makes one feel motivated and comfortable with who they are. You inspire one to know that the best they can be is a state of mind that is achievable with the right attitude and a little disipline. I own about twelve of your videos and the only complaint that I have is that my husband and my thirteen year old son keep swiping them from me ever since I introduced you to them. Hello Gilad! I have been a fan of your show and workouts for several years. Four years ago I got a job at a company with a gym. I joined the gym and have been going 3 to 5 times a week for a 30 minute workout. Recently (6 months ago), I changed positions in the company and find myself "lucky" to get to the gym once a week! I have been feeling very lazy and tired and finally decides to get motivated. So, what did I do to motivate myself?...I dug out some old homemade video of your show! Now I have decided to buy some of your "professional" quality videos. The workouts are great. The results are great. But the best thing is that I always find myself working out with a smile on my face. You and all of your "buddies" on the show and on the tapes, really make me laugh and have a great time. In the mid 1980's I was in perfect health due to Gilad's program. I stop for almost 10 years and become very unfit. As a result of the lack of oxygen I developed lung problems (asthma and bronchitis.) I just started again last week and feel great again. My symptoms are almost gone in just this short time. It will take a while to get back to the way I was. I have to walk in place a lot where before I was jumping. The breathing is an intergal part of these workouts. LK USA 40/F Ive had my 'body in motion' with Gilad for quite a few years now, and start every day with his TV workout on the 'Health Network'. Over time, Ive skipped around alot and tried different workouts, but always come back to Gilad...The workouts are challenging, yet not too difficult and of course, Gilad is 'easy on the eyes'!

I am not usually one to exercise with a video or watching TV--but I decided to try it one day back in February of 2001. I am totally hooked on Gilad's program. I started having more energy immediately and I have much better balance with the strengthing that has taken place in my body. I wouldn't want to go back -- Gilad's approach really helps keep me motivated. Thanks so much.
